Cholesterol, Good or Bad?

Cholesterol? Good or Bad?

What a joke. One of the greatest myths ever told was that Cholesterol causes heart disease and ultimately death. Cholesterol does no such thing. Your liver manufactures cholesterol to help in times of inflammation, to manufacture hormones and to make and synthesize vitamin D. Some other facts for you, the brain is 60% cholesterol. If you decrease your cholesterol by taking a cholesterol lowering medication, aka a statin, it does in fact lower your cholesterol levels in the body but also in your brain. When you decrease the levels in the brain you also decrease the amount of serotonin your brain produces and creates depression. That’s funny since the number one prescribed drugs on the market right now is an Anti-Depressant!!! When your body produces cholesterol it is doing the right thing at the right time 100% of the time. So quit trying to regulate your cholesterol with statin drugs, instead begin living the 5 Essentials of Maximized Living. Ask me for more information if you have a friend or someone you love and care about that is taking these damaging and life threatening drugs.
